Music Program
Trinidad School offers both choral and instrumental music instruction. Whole class choral music is available in grades TK-8, with elective choral and/or instrumental instruction generally available in grades 4-8. Students and families are financially responsible for instruments loaned by the district. Trinidad School hosts two concerts each year, along with special project and parade performances throughout the community. Our current music schedule includes:
Mondays
8:00 AM All Instrument Practice (grades 4-8)
2:15 – 2:35 PM Choir (grades TK-3)
Wednesdays
8:00 AM Steel Pan Band (grades 3-8)
2:15 – 3:00 PM Choir in Fall/Strings in Spring (grades 5-8)
Fridays
8:00 AM Steel Pan Band (grades 3-8)
2:15 – 3:00 PM Concert Band/Jazz Band (grades 5-8)
3:15 – 4:40 PM Rock Band (grades 6-8)
